Norwegian tech startup Travelin.AI, a booking platform with a particular focus on helping companies and travelers manage blended business and leisure travel, has been building a base of direct corporate customers and soon will expand via agreements with travel management companies.
International TMC network Lufthansa City Center (LCC) is sharpening its focus on bleisure travel through a partnership with tech start-up Travelin.AI, which provides an online booking tool for blended trips and ‘workations’. The agreement will see the Norway-based tech firm listed as a preferred supplier among the TMC’s international network and marketed to its 270 agencies in 100 markets beyond its HQ in Germany.
Norway-based tech start-up Travelin.AI is taking things a step further with its online booking tool, which allows travelers to combine business and leisure trips while automatically separating the expenses.“We looked at how people live, work and travel and built the technology backwards,” said Travelin.AI CEO Roy Golden.

“A lot of companies talk about ‘bleisure’ but they can’t execute it,” said Roy Golden of Travelin.ai, which is part of the Amadeus for Startups program. “The leisure requirements of the business traveler are not met. They want to bring their partners, friends, children, extend their stay before or after, they want to mix the flights together.”
